Operations Manager

Nicole English is the Operations Manager for CasaBella. She is a native San Antonian who has lived in Austin for close to 20 years. With a degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship and a former business owner herself, Nicole’s expertise in business operations has allowed her to contribute to the CasaBella team in many ways. Her ability to gather and impart informational data across all departments and disciplines gives CasaBella a collaborative edge in identifying ways to better our processes company wide. Nicole supports our leadership team by helping to implement action plans through strategic planning, which in turn allows CasaBella to provide the best customer experience possible, from start to finish. She heads our Accounting and Administration departments while also assisting in Marketing and Business Development.

In her free time, she enjoys being a mom to her two children, Brooklin and Caden, listening to live music, weekends on the lake and cheering for her Dallas Cowboys.
