Eastside Lumber & Decking

CasaBella Architects provided the design, permitting, and construction administration for the design-build of the Eastside Lumber and Decking new construction development. This project consisted of 4 different buildings on site and is located near Austin Bergstrom International Airport in East Austin. The program of building 1 is administration and sales, and the program of buildings 2, 3, and 4 are primarily lumber storage warehouses. Our design and project management services consisted of coordination with all design disciplines through all phases of this project, permitting through the City of Austin, bi-weekly construction site meetings, and coordination with the general contractors and other design consultants through construction, and final closeout procedures. CasaBella also provided interior design services for all finishes and material selections on the interior of the administration and sales building.
