Baylor Parking Garage

 CasaBella completed the design of the Baylor University Medical Center Garage 4 parking structure located in downtown Dallas campus of the Baylor Health-care system. The garage provides parking for 826 vehicles on 6 levels of parking and garage footprint of approximately 49,000 square feet.  The parking garage is utilized by hospital visitors for the adjacent Johnson Hospital, Collins Hospital, Sammons Cancer Center and the future campus development for the Baylor Cancer Center. The parking structure has three bays with one-way traffic flow in the exterior bays.  The circulation pattern was designed to minimize the interface between the pedestrian traveling to their destination and circulating vehicles.
